Homeowners across Erie call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say β show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Skylight Repair job with a written warranty.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Erie has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Skylight Repair crews are local, licensed, and accountable β every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Erie crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail β licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Erie as urgent β temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Erie to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Erie crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Skylight Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
We're not trying to be the biggest Skylight Repair company in Erie, PA β we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof β no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, call us back and we'll make it right β that's the deal.
Our team has sat through enough adjuster meetings in Erie, PA to know what documentation actually moves a claim forward.
